Bread Pudding Appariel

1l milk
4 vanilla beans
12 whole eggs
8 egg yolks
500g sugar
Scrape vanilla beans into milk and bring to a scald. Cover and steep 45 minutes. Ribbon whole eggs and yolks with sugar. Bring milk back to a scald and temper into yolk mixture. Strain into ice bath.
